You can return or exchange your purchase providing it has not been worn or used. Please contact our Customer Service Team by email or phone within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. All items can be exchanged for an alternative item or for a credit note. Baroque Jewellery offers a full refund on any item that is deemed to be faulty. For returns of faulty goods please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
Bespoke items: Because Baroque work with the customer step by step to create their bespoke commission, we cannot accept returns on bespoke orders unless they are faulty.
We request that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned within 7 days of delivery. Goods delivered outside the UK must be returned within 14 days of delivery and after contacting a member of our Customer Service Team.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Baroque Jewellery and can only be refunded as a credit note.
Exchanges are possible, but new items can only be dispatched after the original returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery.
For your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded and insured postal service for any returns. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
