• Boulder opal is distinguished by the combination of opal crystal and ironstone, the natural surface where the opal formed.
• It is mined from giant boulders (hence the name) and the ironstone is visible from the reverse of this pendant.
• Set simply in a delicate spectacle setting in solid 9ct white gold and strung on an 18 inch hayseed chain.
